Wall Designs and Foam Medallions are used by Shell Contractors, Pre-Cast Contractors and others to form standard and custom shapes in a concrete wall or for use as a mold. You can create beautiful radial windows, all sizes of arches, circles and custom shapes in concrete walls.

All of our foam medallions an wall designs are fabricated using the latest technology with a CAD system. This is by far the most accurate, most efficient and least costly method to cut foam. Architectural Foam Fabrications is the only local foam fabricator to have two complete fully automated CAD systems. This provides us the ability to complete any size wall design job in a short period of time providing a better turn around time for you. We also use our own trucks and personnel to deliver your foam when you need it!
